Taking into account the best ECM ship;
with the best ECM mods;
with the best ECM rigs;
with best command ships boosting for ECM strenght:
what is the highest EMC strength possible to get in Eve?
(And which ship, rigs and mods would they be?)

It sounds like they would both get same results then.
(Widows would be better at jamming sleepers though)

I have done a real life test using a widow and a command ship giving a 15% boost to ECM. (While some aspects are not the same I don't think adding them in will get close to the results you show) Below is what I am using and the actual results:
Widow
3x signal distortion amplifier II
1x large particle dispersion augmentor I (rig).
Max skills for both characters
Command Ship with the electronic superiority link for 15% more
Race specific jammer (faction): 13.66

Right.. my bad for not explaining.
I have a perfect siege T3 command ship that also has an active ECM warfare link but since he has siege mindlink in... the ECM bonus (15%) is just from the mod only.
So is EFT that far off from real world use?

I agree with you.
(Currently I am ECM boosting with 15% using the warfare link. I am working on another alt to fly the Proteus to get the full 28.12%)
But would an increase of 13.12% above my 15% actually get the ECM strength to the figure you show? (Real world numbers as apposed to EFT?)

Okay... I figured out why mine is lower.
(I looked again at where the ECM bonus come from on the Widow and it is per level of black ops.. and I have only level IV not V as I thought.
So mystery solved...
now just 40 days and I'll be there.
